- 2026-06-28 — Extended CI to cover the UI projection: `build.yml` rebuilds
`ui_datadict.db`, and `tools/ci_check.py` validates it (completeness vs
datadict, FK integrity, `ByteLength == CharLength*4`, positive `CharLength`,
unique `(GroupID, Name)`). Verified green + fails on a corrupted invariant.
