Collection of macros and python scripts to assist with data processing in TopSpin.
To install these scripts, place them in the following paths (with your appropriate Topspin version). On MacOS/Linux:
- AU macros:
/opt/topspinx.x.x/exp/stan/nmr/au/src - Python scripts:
/opt/topspinx.x.x/exp/stan/nmr/py/user/
On Windows:
- AU macros:
C:\Bruker\TopSpin4.5.0\exp\stan\nmr\au\src - Python scripts:
C:\Bruker\TopSpin4.5.0\exp\stan\nmr\py\user
Then you should be able to call them from within TopSpin by the macro/script name (without the .py extension)
