I’m a fourth-year student at SFU in Computer Science, concentrating in Artificial Intelligence and minoring in Statistics. Currently, I'm leveraging my background in health sciences to bridge the gap between machine learning and biology.
As a former NSERC Research Assistant at the Medical Image Analysis Lab, I developed GNN-based classification models for 3D SMLM point clouds. I remain an active collaborator in this space, focusing on the research and implementation of novel deep learning methods for SMLM data.
