The compilers image needs some manual tweaking to be updated to an ubuntu 26.04 base. This PR handles this to unlock the renovate-managed update to 26.04: #535. Changes: * Update base from ubuntu 24.04 to 26.04 * Update GCC from 9.5.0 to 15.2.0 * Update cmake from 3.28.3 to 4.2.3 * Update ninja-build from 1.11.1 to 1.13.2 Notes: * The manually maintained and injected sources.list file is no longer necessary since for ubuntu 26.04 forward, archive.ubuntu.com and security.ubuntu.com host both amd64 and arm64 packages (for previous releases, arm64 packages were hosted on http://ports.ubuntu.com). This means that `dpkg --add-architecture arm64` is sufficient to have both arch sources enabled. Existing tests continue to validate that cross arch packages get installed properlu. * The manual `update-alternatives` calls are also no longer needed, since we now install gcc via its meta-package. The actual gcc version is still pinned in tests to catch any unintentional upgrades. Signed-off-by: Hadrien Patte <hadrien.patte@datadoghq.com>
