Setup fixes

• Fixed 0_setup.sh script failing with ERROR: Could not open requirements file
• Cloning of DFL repo is optimized to fetch a shallow copy, which reduces the data volume that needs to be downloaded.
• Fixed 1_clean_workspace.sh script not deleting all temporary files.
