Tracking 的运动估计实验已在独立 SDK 中完成。本门户变更登记本地
0.2.0-rc.2实验状态和前后标准检查证据，同时保持稳定 registry、线上 rc.1 和 latest 0.1.0 不变；门户不复制 SDK runtime，也不把实验写成自动 BoT-SORT 兼容。内容：
pp-tracking稳定条目，只增加 rc.2 未发布和未默认接入说明。验证：
pnpm --config.verify-deps-before-run=false --config.manage-package-manager-versions=false test：136 项通过。pnpm --config.verify-deps-before-run=false --config.manage-package-manager-versions=false build：Astro check 0 errors、0 warnings，静态构建 21 页。SDK PR #8 合并后，本 PR 的报告路径会指向对应的本地候选证据。手机、Worker、GPU/NPU、Safari、Firefox、视频、摄像头和跨 SDK Workflow 仍未验证。
