Add a formatter solution to extension

As for now the extension depends on RubyLSP for syntax highlighting and cookstyle for linting... It’s possible to create an add-on to rubylsp to be able to use cookstyle as a formatter for VSCode.

Need to work on it, as soon as i got some free time.

As for now, to be able to use the formatter i need to do theses steps in my project. Create a .vscode directory at the root of the project (if not already exist).
Then create a .vscode/Gemfile with this content:

source 'https://rubygems.org'

gem 'cookstyle'
gem 'ruby-lsp'

Then, add a tasks.json the .vscode directory to install the gems:

Then add configuration for rubyLsp formatter in .vscode/settings.json:

    "rubyLsp.formatter": "rubocop",
    "rubyLsp.bundleGemfile": ".vscode/Gemfile"
  [...]

An finally, at the root of the project, create a .rubocop.yml with this content:

require:
  - cookstyle
