create/update 把 Markdown 里的附件引用还原成云端 <img>；无法回写的引用直接报错。 本地路径图片自动上传并登记到笔记附件。相对路径基于 --file 所在目录。

情境
get写出的 Markdown 图片是，再update时没把引用还原成<img fileid=...>，云端图片会变成纯文本。本地新图片以前必须先upload-image。这次改什么
create/update按当前笔记附件把assets/和minote://image/引用还原成原图setting.data里的图片导出时保留为minote://image/引用自动上传并登记为笔记附件；--file的相对路径基于该文件所在目录同步路径上的同样逻辑在 #4。
怎么 merge
