Optional, consumer-minted id for the physical cell, distinct from TestMeta.uuid (the run). Core-only in the legacy mapping so apply_test_meta_to_legacy skips it; spec table and tests updated. Closes #151 Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

CellMeta.uuid: Optional[str] = None— stable id for the physical cell, independent of the test run (TestMeta.uuid).
