What should this PR do?
Fixes the vertical alignment of the grid background within the header component at the top of all website React output pages. Also, fixes a typo in the copy on the about page + cleans up the code in the file.
What are the acceptance criteria?
Grid covers the full size of the header. Copy reads correctly on about page.
