I connect business operations, digital channels and technology. My experience spans a family retail business, enterprise IT, manufacturing systems and hands-on AI development.
- Retail and e-commerce: I grew up in a family-owned retail business and spent almost 15 years helping run its online and in-store operations. I established the webshop, made it responsive, and worked on Google Ads, analytics and Facebook advertising. In 2004, I created the first open-source product comparison plugin for osCommerce.
- Enterprise IT and delivery: Across a 30+ year career, I have worked as an analyst, developer, project manager and team lead with organizations including Reuters, SWIFT, HP, Logica and Deloitte.
- Manufacturing systems: More recently, I worked with MES quality processes, Ignition SCADA and shop-floor integrations. This is one chapter of my experience, alongside retail, enterprise delivery and product development.
- Building with AI: I now develop AI tools and workflows, including systems built around structured business context and agent skills.

- AI Vampire Guard — a Python tool for tracking Claude Code usage and burn rate.
