Summary

• package the Electrobun desktop side experiment for macOS release artifacts
• extend the release workflow to publish desktop artifacts alongside the CLI
• update docs to describe the desktop app honestly as an experimental macOS packaging path

What changed

• add desktop build/package scripts and align the desktop version with the CLI version
• patch the wrapped macOS app bundle so release builds have the expected version metadata
• extend the tag release workflow to upload a macOS DMG and raw app tarball
• document the desktop packaging flow and release surface in the repo docs

Validation

• bun run check
• bun run typecheck
• bun run test
• bun run ci
• local desktop package build via cd apps/desktop && bun run clean && bun run package
• verified packaged app bundle version metadata (CFBundleVersion and CFBundleShortVersionString)

Notes

• desktop remains explicitly experimental
• this PR targets macOS desktop packaging only; Windows/Linux desktop packaging remain out of scope
• no axon ui launcher behavior is introduced here
