Carbon Actual is the canonical ecosystem operating spine, architecture, and repository source of truth. It is one spine and one ecosystem, with specialized fruits composed over shared contracts.

The ecosystem is organized as one tree with specialized fruits:

• HAPI World — carbonactual/hapi-world — constitutional world and law. CANON.md remains supreme.
• ABBA — carbonactual/abba — intelligence, reasoning, planning, routing, and orchestration.
• Carbon-Actual- — carbonactual/Carbon-Actual- — platform/runtime substrate, manifests, conformance, and infrastructure implementations.
• I/O — carbonactual/io — value flows and settlement operations.
• NGIN — carbonactual/ngin — organization/institution layer.
• NAIRE — carbonactual/naire — human layer.
• VALUE SYSTEM — carbonactual/value-system — value measurement, full-cost accounting, and asset/liability classification.

The shared semantic kernel is:

These are interoperability facets, not replacement entity types. They exist to stop the ecosystem from reinventing the same primitive in every repository.

The domain is larger than the product. The overview layer defines the alignment chain:

A Domain describes the complete real-world circumference of a field. A SWIRM groups comparable/reusable capabilities. A TEAM composes capabilities from multiple SWIRMs when one intent or mission crosses functional or domain boundaries. Products are projections into domains and consume these shared compositions; they do not create parallel universal primitives.

The current domain pass covers the remaining major functional fields: transport, money, transactions, blockchain/distributed ledger, minting, tokenization, decentralization, decimalization, fractionalization, education, sourcing, services, software, security, government, justice, technical engineering/operations, I/O flows, property, finance and authority.

These are not separate competing universes. Their detailed scopes resolve into the existing kernel and functional SWIRMs, while cross-domain missions resolve into TEAM compositions.

It provides 22 reusable engines covering monetisation, income, opportunity discovery, markets/news, trading, sourcing/deals, exchange, money, credit/leverage, liquidity, risk, portfolios, ownership, venture/private capital, arbitrage, derivatives, financial education, business intelligence, accounting/operations, tokenisation and financial command. ABBA and TIP compose it; products do not create parallel economic semantics.

HAPI World defines constitutional meaning. Carbon Actual provides the operating-spine semantics and cross-product contracts. ABBA operationalizes those contracts through intelligence and orchestration. Products specialize interfaces and workflows without creating parallel universes.

Authority is not capability. Event is not evidence. State is not history. Intent is not execution. Value is broader than money. Implementations are replaceable behind capability contracts.

The historical operating-spine repository is archived. Useful architecture has been migrated into Carbon Actual contracts where semantically current; historical source remains available for provenance and recovery.

carbonactual/Carbon-Actual-/omnii/ is explicitly a historical archive and must not be treated as live constitutional, registry or runtime authority.

Carbon Actual is the canonical ecosystem name and operating-spine identity. Product names remain product names and do not create competing constitutional or operating-spine identities.
