This project is no longer necessary. The codemeta.json spec is sufficiently handled by Claude Code and nolonger requires tooling to maintain. Additional it is language model systems like Claude Code and easily maintain version references and links in project documentation.
The group has decided CMTools should not provide scaffolding so that removes any need for CMTools moving forward. My projects should start deprecating the use cmt tools in favor of language model harness maintain the specific details of versions and metadata.
