Backports the deferred HTTP response ownership and full-GC disown semantics from main (commit 5b128f1) to dev without merging main directly into dev.

  • Disowns request and response graph before async handoff.
  • Tracks dispatch thread to coordinate completion acknowledgement.
  • Ensures explicit ownership transfer on HTTP/2 queues and sessions.
