P0 Badge Remove comments to keep package.json parseable

package.json must be strict JSON, but this change introduces // ... comments, which makes the manifest invalid and blocks all package-manager operations (install, script execution, lockfile updates) in every environment. Parsing the file now throws immediately at this line, so the project cannot bootstrap.

P1 Badge Keep existing dependencies when adding a new package

This edit replaces the full dependency graph with a single entry and removes the rest of the manifest structure via placeholders, so a clean install no longer includes required runtime/build tooling (e.g., React/Vite/TSX/etc.) that the scripts and source currently depend on. The commit message indicates only adding one dependency, so dropping the existing sections is a functional regression.
