Replaces #106
This PR upgrades all the dependencies in the NPM project to their latest versions.
I noticed some spacing issues on blog posts during the upgrade from Astro 6 to Astro 7. I think it comes down to this part of the Astro 7 release notes:
...so I tweaked some of the templates to add an extra space.
