Upgrading to Symfony 8.1 uses an incorrect cache-directory (/var/task/var/cache/prod) #2120

Description

@victormacko

Firstly, Thank you again for all your hard work on making Bref so good for everyone.

Recently Symfony 8.1 was released - when upgrading to it, the default log directory (rather than the one overridden in the BrefKernel) is used, which results in a Status 500 error, with the following shown in the logs;

[critical] Uncaught Exception: Unable to create the "cache" directory (/var/task/var/cache/prod).

I'm using the latest version of Bref.
I've downgraded to Symfony 8.0.13 which results in the error disappearing (that was the only change which was made between the error occuring, and it subsequently disappearing.

I'm a bit baffled about why it's happening - any pointers in the right direction would be amazing, thank you in advance.

Thank you in advance.
