Not merging: CI fails because this group upgrades TypeScript to 7.0.2, while Next.js 16.2.12 requires its compiler API and exits with an incompatibility error; the current ESLint TypeScript stack also declares support below 6.1. This PR needs to be split or keep TypeScript on the supported 5.9/6.x line before it can be reviewed as stable.
