Update catalog from ai@6.0.168 to ai@7.0.4. Update all @ai-sdk/* packages in packages/tinycode from v6-era to v7-era major versions (20 packages updated). Source-level breaking changes fixed: - LanguageModelV3 → LanguageModelV4 across provider, plugin, aisdk - Remove tracer and metadata from TelemetryOptions (removed in v7) - Handle new stream event types in ai-sdk.ts (drop exhaustive check, ignore unknown events gracefully) - ToolExecutionOptions now generic with required context param - Third-party providers (OpenRouter, GitLab, Venice) cast to any for v3/v4 spec compatibility Test fixture type updates deferred — 12 test type errors from v6 mock shapes (finish-step, usage, ToolExecutionOptions) need mock data updates in a follow-up.
