Add selectable themes

Summary

• Add built-in dark/light neon themes with automatic terminal background detection and explicit selection in Settings.
• Add YAML theme discovery, config overrides, seeded bundled examples, and high-contrast sample themes.
• Harden installer release-asset downloads with direct asset URLs and retries.
