Circle Grant Readiness — Backend

This PR prepares the GeoMacro backend and AgentArena V2 stack for grant-readiness.

Changes

• Removes duplicate root-level contract and lifecycle files
• Keeps canonical AgentArena contracts under /contracts
• Updates AgentArenaV2 market economics and settlement logic
• Adds funded liquidity / reserve operations
• Adds fixed-odds economics initialization tooling
• Updates market finalization and lifecycle synchronization
• Updates AI-jury dispute resolution workflow
• Adds 5-juror verification tooling
• Adds market economics verification tooling
• Adds Supabase jury evidence-count migration

Validation

• JavaScript syntax checks: PASS
• git diff --check: PASS
• Foundry compilation: PASS
• Foundry tests: 4/4 PASS

Before Merge

• Verify GitHub Actions AI-jury workflow
• Verify 5 jury wallets against the V2 proxy
• Verify V2 market economics configuration
• Verify funded liquidity/reserve configuration
• Confirm proxy configuration before production activation

Do not activate production V2 economics until the operational verification steps are complete.
