Summary: add
plugins/*/to.gitignoreso untracked nested plugin checkouts (bar, devtools, beacon, composer, history, search, copy-mode) no longer appear ingit statusor get staged bygit add -A. Tracked plugin gitlinks stay tracked (gitignore does not untrack tracked paths).Scope:
.gitignoreonly. Unrelated dirty state (TODO.md edit, submodule pointer bumps, .trash/, registry-pins.toml) intentionally untouched.Verification:
git check-ignore -v plugins/beacon->.gitignore:7:plugins/*/ plugins/beacongit status --shortshows only pre-existing dirty (M TODO.md, M plugins/activity,file-manager,git-panel,palette,statusline; ?? .trash/, registry-pins.toml) plus staged M .gitignore — no untracked plugins/*/git ls-files plugins/still lists activity, file-manager, git-panel, palette, statusline, wheeljust checkexit 0 (fmt-check, lint 0 issues, type-check, 161 tests pass, registry-validate 0 errors, registry-check up to date, app-build ok)
