statusline/workspaceline are superseded by Bar per DEC-W104-3. Removes registry/official/statusline.toml and regenerates generated/registry.json (5 plugins). Registry has no deprecated-archived marker convention; deletion is the removal convention (no prior removals in history). Closes #68

Residual risks and follow-ups (not in this change)
plugins/statuslinesubmodule pin (.gitmodules+ gitlink) remains and now reports a stray warning. Removing it and cleaning the local nested clone belongs to the owning commander (coordination required; nested clones underplugins/are mid-migration per CTX-0033).Merge note
