Advance the docs/ gitlink from ee19a0db to 039892db (bitty-plugins-docs main, 63 commits): SDK Lua reference pages, capability architecture candidate, manifest/capability authority, shared Lua dependencies RFC, TUI-to-native migration candidate, Phodopus runtime direction. Bumped with `git update-index --cacheinfo`; `docs` is never `git add`ed (that would re-stage the stale submodule HEAD). Verification: `just check` exit 0 with the worktree dependencies installed (fmt-check, lint, type-check, test, registry-validate, registry-check, app-build). Closes #61
