fix: update broken links in article entries

Fixes broken links across 31 article entries. The bulk of the changes clear the dead bitcoinaudible.com/audiobooks URL used as the audio field in 22 Tomer Strolight articles (the audiobook landing page no longer exists). One bitcoinaudible link was updated to a working URL. Three article links were replaced with working alternatives, and one was pointed to the Wayback Machine.
