Visual-only patch
Tightens the transparent canvas around the existing skull artwork and uses the compact asset for the Windows app icon, taskbar, installer, and header.
The artwork itself is unchanged. Version updated to 1.0.1.
Validation: Release build completed successfully. No functional test suite was run because this only changes packaged visual assets.
