Summary

• Remove both AI workflows, their schedules, provider calls, and documentation-proposal helper
• Preserve ordinary validation in read-only content-ci.yml on pull requests, default-branch pushes, and manual dispatch
• Retain all source fixes, regression tests, content checks, and existing Renovate configuration; split shared read-only validators from removed AI guards
• No secrets, billing, repository settings, or permissions changed

Validation

• 12 content/validation unit tests passed on Node 22.23.3
• actionlint and git diff --check passed
• README links, JSON, workflow syntax, JavaScript syntax and existing focused source regressions passed
