Hi, I'm Vasilis

Software Developer at APT Information Systems SA since 2023. I started with the database side and built strong experience in Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle APEX. Lately I work on full-stack enterprise projects that combine a backend, a frontend and an Oracle database. I hold a degree in Informatics & Telecommunications (University of Peloponnese) and I have completed the Coding Factory 10 program (AUEB), focused on Java & Spring Boot backend development.

What I do at work

  • Design and maintain Oracle schemas: DDL, migrations, views and PL/SQL packages for business logic
  • Build Oracle APEX applications
  • Develop REST APIs in Kotlin / Quarkus with JPA/Hibernate (Panache) on top of Oracle
  • Build Vue 3 frontends with Vuetify, Pinia, Vue Router and i18n
  • Work on production-management features such as production orders, planning, barcode scanning, label printing (ZPL), reports and dashboards
  • Integrate with external systems (ERP, MES, report servers) over REST
  • Use Git, GitLab CI and Docker for development and deployment
