basert: --pull-file takes one .base from a repo that holds several - #29

Passed through as `basert pull --file`, and the model is then served from the variant basert installs that file under (Foo-Medium.base -> default-medium) rather than default-q4 or whichever is listed first. Needs a basert whose pull has --file.
basert lists each install's file, so the install is matched by the file named rather than by guessing its variant (a catalog file keeps the catalog's variant, e.g. cuda-q4mix).
