Summary
Why
The work list showed static text with no delivery status, and four detail sections pushed it below the fold. Progress now comes from each entry's Linear block, and the detail sections collapse so the first screen ends at progress.
What
Progress: one row perworkentry with title, area tag, Linear state tag and a bar labelledN of M issues done(proposedand no bar withoutlinear), expected effect, realized effect only when evidence exists, and evidence, Linear and other links. Hypothesis, change and owner sit behindInfo. Footnote: expected effects are not summed.<details>, collapsed by default; its summary shows title, row count and summary, and expanding shows the existing metric list and gaps.Notes
scopeDone / scopeTotal, matching its label, not Linear's weightedprogress.Screenshots

Test plan
npm test, npm run typecheck, npm run lint, npm run build, npm run build:internal, npm run llms -- --checkfirstScreen.test.tsx: linked entry shows state, labelled bar at 40 %, realized and Linear link; unlinked entry showsproposed, no bar; realized hidden without evidence.page.test.tsx: detail section renders as a closed<details>with title and row count.
