Found a few typos in NatSpec comments while reading the L2 contracts.
RegistrarController.sol and EARegistrarController.sol had reigstration instead of registration. L2Resolver.sol had addrress instead of address and Thown instead of Thrown. The next error in the same file already spells it Thrown.
Comments only, no code change.
