Patch release fixing the standalone-image plugin capability regression (self-describing wasm; see #130). Bumps workspace + path-dep versions to 0.8.1 and adds the 0.8.1 CHANGELOG entry.

Patch release for the standalone-image plugin capability regression fixed in #130 (self-describing wasm). Bumps all crate versions 0.8.0 → 0.8.1 and adds the CHANGELOG entry. Tag
v0.8.1after merge to trigger the release workflow (crates.io + multi-arch images + signing/SBOM).
