Part of #96 (docs via MDX). Translates the whole docs site into es, ja and ar.
How
`.babelize/config.json` gains `"docs": { "include": ["content/docs/**"] }`. Babelize's new Markdown/MDX support (babelize/babelize-dashboard#402, #403) splits each page into what a reader sees: frontmatter, headings, paragraphs, list items, table cells and readable JSX props. Code blocks, imports, `{expressions}`, URLs and JSX are never touched.
Translations by Haiku. Hosted translation was too slow for about 740 docs paragraphs (around 30 s per string; see the dashboard follow-up). The segments were translated by Haiku with the glossary applied, written into `.babelize/local/docs-lock.json`, and the pages were built from that lockfile by Babelize. Babelize checks every segment's tags and placeholders while building; 0 failed. Future edits re-translate only the changed paragraphs.
Output: `page.{es,ja,ar}.mdx` next to each page and `meta.{es,ja,ar}.json` for the sidebar. That's 66 files.
Site
`src/lib/source.ts`: Fumadocs i18n with the `dot` parser and `hideLocale: "default-locale"`. English URLs are unchanged (`/docs/…`); the other languages are `/ja/docs/…`.
`src/proxy.ts`: `/docs` is no longer English-only, so `/ja/docs/…` is served from `/docs/…` in Japanese.
The docs page and layout read the language from next-intl `getLocale()`. A page without a translation falls back to English.
`next.config.ts`: `/ja/docs` → `/ja/docs/getting-started`, the same as `/docs`. The old formatters URLs redirect per language too.
The sitemap lists every language's pages (53 URLs).
Verified
`bun run build` passes, lint is clean, and the tests pass (324).
With `next start`:
`/ja/docs/getting-started/install` renders with `<html lang="ja">`, a Japanese h1, body text and sidebar (はじめる, インストール, コンポーネント…).
Fumadocs UI strings ("Search", "On this page") are still English. They need `RootProvider` i18n translations, which would also make search query the page's language.
Links inside pages are written `/docs/…`. They reach the visitor's language through the `NEXT_LOCALE` cookie redirect, not directly.
A native-speaker pass on ja and ar.
Summary by CodeRabbit
New Features
Documentation is now available in Arabic, Spanish, and Japanese, with localized navigation and pages.
Localized documentation links now direct visitors to the relevant getting-started and component sections.
Documentation
Added guides for installing and using components, including language and locale selectors, phone input, navigation, and translation.
Added setup, customization, and contribution resources in all three languages.
The docs are translated with Babelize's Markdown/MDX support: every page
under content/docs gets page.<locale>.mdx next to it, and every meta.json a
meta.<locale>.json for the sidebar. Code blocks, imports, JSX and URLs are
untouched; .babelize/local/docs-lock.json holds the translations per
paragraph, so a re-run only translates what changed.
- Fumadocs i18n (dot parser): English stays at /docs/..., the other
languages are /ja/docs/..., served by the locale proxy, which no longer
keeps /docs English-only.
- The docs page and sidebar use the request's language; pages fall back to
English.
- /ja/docs and the removed formatters URLs redirect like their English ones.
- The sitemap lists every language's pages.

Walkthrough
This change adds Arabic, Spanish, and Japanese documentation for Babelize Elements. It configures localized documentation lookup and navigation, updates localized redirects and sitemap entries, and adds component, installation, customization, and contribution guides.
The docs loader uses configured locales. Page lookup, page trees, static parameters, and sitemap entries use localized source data. Localized docs index and formatter paths receive permanent redirects.
Getting-started and contributor guides content/docs/getting-started/*, content/docs/meta.*.json
New Arabic, Spanish, and Japanese pages cover project overview, installation, Tailwind setup, CLI usage, contribution workflow, and contributor guidance. The localized navigation metadata lists the pages.
Component and customization guides content/docs/components/*, content/docs/customization/*
New component indexes and guides document PhoneInput, language switchers, LocalePicker, NavBar, and TranslationWidget in Arabic, Spanish, and Japanese. Interface references and localized navigation metadata are also added.

Explanation
The title "feat: Spanish, Japanese and Arabic docs" matches the main change. The PR adds Spanish, Japanese, and Arabic translations of the documentation site, including translated MDX pages, sidebar metadata, and locale-aware routing, redirects, and sitemap updates. The title names the languages and the docs scope, so a teammate scanning history can see the primary change. It omits the locale routing and i18n infrastructure, which is expected for a short title.

Review fixes for the translated docs:
- Links between docs pages (MDX links, Cards, sidebar and meta.json links)
carry the page's language (/ja/docs/...) instead of relying on the
NEXT_LOCALE cookie redirect.
- An unprefixed URL is always English: the cookie redirect is gone, so
/docs/... stays reachable for visitors who once opened another language.
- Translated headings keep the English heading's id ([#component-template]),
so #anchor links land (Babelize: translated headings keep the source id).
- English source fixes, carried into every language: the NavBar locales
example gives every locale a code, the sidebar lists Locale Pickers, and
the shadcn CLI page no longer claims it installs cn.
- Generated translations are left out of Prettier (Babelize output).
