Patch release for every publishable crate, so crates.io shows each crate's own README.md (ADR 0078, #215) with links to docs.rs, its reference page and the source.

  • Patch bumps: 55 crates, e.g. axiolid-core 0.3.1, axiolid-construct 0.3.6, axiolid-exact 0.1.2, axiolid-brep-boolean 0.1.1.
  • 0.4.0 (breaking): axiolid-ray-mesh and the axiolid facade. RayMeshError::TriangleIndexOutOfRange refuses an out-of-range candidate instead of skipping it. Downstream users must move their pins to 0.4. Every other crate stays caret-compatible.
  • axiolid-mesh-boolean-boolmesh 0.3.2: a refusal inside the solve is now BackendContractViolation (boolmesh: union of overlapping axis-aligned boxes refuses inside the solve (odd edge-point count) #203).

Each crate's [Unreleased] section is rolled to its version. The workspace pins, Cargo.lock and the generated reference pages follow.

scripts/gate.sh passes, including the release publish plan, the package preflight and the semver gate.

After merge, publish with the Release workflow (release_action: publish).

Patch release for every publishable crate so crates.io shows each crate's
own README.md (ADR 0078, #215), with links to its API documentation,
reference page and source. axiolid-ray-mesh 0.4.0 and the axiolid facade
0.4.0 also carry the breaking `RayMeshError::TriangleIndexOutOfRange`
refusal; axiolid-mesh-boolean-boolmesh 0.3.2 reports refusals inside the
solve as `BackendContractViolation` (#203).

Each crate's `[Unreleased]` changelog section is rolled to its version,
and the workspace dependency pins follow.
