Summary

Adds a "Universal Loop" section to both README.md (under Operating Model) and docs/project_overview.md, describing the cycle that makes the wiki compound rather than a one-way pipeline:

  1. Capture — bookmarks, papers, clippings, transcripts flow in raw
  2. Compile — processors + archivist turn them into cited wiki pages
  3. Query — humans and agents read the compiled layer
  4. Feed backwiki-query --write-back persists curated pages, the archivist recompiles on input-manifest changes, and digests resurface unread material, driving the next round of capture

Docs-only change, 2 files, +22 lines. Branch renamed from local integration/universal-loop to avoid collision with the older, superseded remote branch of that name (salvage work filed as thoth-quf, thoth-67d, thoth-dba).

Test plan

  • Docs-only; verified markdown renders and links resolve

Describe the capture -> compile -> query -> feed-back cycle that makes
the wiki compound: wiki-query --write-back curated pages, archivist
recompiles on input-manifest changes, digests resurfacing unread
material.
