• add bounded multi-transition workflow continue --input-bundle over the existing transition catalog
• preserve projection, authorization, freshness, ownership and finalization authority while adding deterministic caps, receipts and retry proof
• add canonical workflow-economics and release-accounting evidence with unavailable telemetry retained as UNAVAILABLE
• update package, plugin, marketplace and bilingual documentation surfaces to 2.10.0
