Closing without merge. PR #17 and its protected Validator receipt are the terminal lifecycle truth for ticket 005. This follow-up contains only process-carrier updates (ticket README, agent log, and changelog), so merging it would create a carrier-only closure commit, which repository policy forbids. The closed-unmerged branch is intentionally preserved pending explicit owner disposal. |
