Refresh the lockfile to published Goal 2.2.0 and costs 0.2.0. Enable daily Dependabot updates (including weekends) for explicitly catalogued internal packages, grouped into one PR and including transitive dependencies. Add a separate scheduled/PR freshness check using released Goal 2.2.0 so a blocked resolver cannot silently leave an older target unnoticed.
Existing locked application CI remains the compatibility gate. Local locked installation and the full Python 3.13 test suite passed; exact registry targets were checked. The checker has read-only repository permissions and retains its JSON evidence. Automatic update creation does not grant automatic merge approval.
