Refactor tutorials

Refactor the tutorials to solve the following:

• Ensure each tutorial is self contained so they can be run out of order; in particular ensure no tutorial is dependant on files generated in previous tutorials.
• Investigate and resolve a file not found error in tutorial 4 (results analysis) where file "results/temp_1D_res_RBF5.pickle" is not generated.
• Ensure tutorials demonstrate all cyclops functionality sufficiently.
