feat: searchable creative director library with unfinished projects first

Summary

Creative Director projects previously appeared in API order, with newly created projects appended below older work. The library now puts unfinished projects first, newest first within each group, and offers search across names, briefs, models and IDs, status filters with counts, alternate sorting, and a compact list alongside the preview gallery.

Library controls are bookmarkable URL parameters and work on the Video browsing surface too. Creating a legacy project clears filters that would hide it. Existing project links, previews and action gates are preserved.

Test plan

• Passed 22 tests covering Creative Director interactions, previews and responsive grid conventions, including new ordering, combined filters, compact navigation and creation and test-clip visibility regressions.
• Passed lint for all three changed files.
• Passed the client production build.
