Verdict: approve. Bumps the pinned askalf/askalf reusable review workflow and the matching redline-ref from c9cb545 to 7c9db26, keeping the two in lockstep and the pin comment accurate. The caller still references a full commit SHA, and the trigger, permissions, concurrency group and same-repo gate are untouched, so nothing new is exposed by this change.

Moves the Redline caller to askalf/askalf main at 7c9db26 (askalf/askalf#76): on models that reject a forced tool_choice (Fable 5.1 and later), the review's final turn asks for the submit call instead of forcing it, so a long review no longer ends in an upstream 400. The
uses:sha andredline-refstay identical.
