Verdict: approve. This change moves the reusable workflow's uses: pin and the redline-ref input to the same full commit sha, c20dd11fa84250a53e0d164dfe69c59f522591de. The two still match, so the scripts that get fetched come from the same commit as the workflow that calls them. The permissions, triggers, the fork and draft gate, and the other inputs are the same as before.

Moves the pinned askalf/ci calls and their redline-ref inputs to askalf/ci@c20dd11, the main commit that last changed the review or the fix (main 2026-10-07, askalf/ci#27). The scripts are fetched at that same commit. The pins are the only change.
