Remove links that return 404 or are unreachable: - Kaggle Learn (kaggle.com/learn) — 404 - PortSwigger Web Security Academy (portswigger.net/web-security) — 404 - Database System Concepts (db-book.com) — unreachable These resources appear to have been taken down or restructured. What this fixes
Removed links from resource lists that are genuinely dead (not just blocking bots):

Several links return 403 but are likely just blocking automated requests (leetcode, nostarch, realpython, stackoverflow, etc.). These sites are still live when visited in a browser — they're just aggressive about bot detection.
