Closing as intentionally excluded by #290. The reset keeps the global allowlist blank and requires a separate user-authorized add-back when real work demonstrates need. The branch remains available for that decision. |

Adds a reviewed skill-only route for publishing single-file HTML or Markdown artifacts, with a dependency-light anonymous helper and explicit external-service boundaries. Preserves upstream provenance and wires the skill into Codex and derived Claude installs.
