Adds first-class Linux support while preserving the existing Windows build.\n\n- packages x64 AppImage and Debian artifacts\n- verifies both Windows and Linux in CI\n- publishes Windows and Linux files from release tags\n- rejects Electron's insecure basic_text keyring fallback on Linux\n- fixes the case-sensitive jsqr import exposed by Linux\n- documents Linux installation and keyring requirements\n\nVerified locally with format, lint, 42 tests, TypeScript build, Electron smoke test, AppImage/deb packaging, and a packaged AppImage smoke run.
