Arch Linux is still on 2.12.5 for now, probably best to stay in sync with that as well.

v2.13.1 contains the fix.
Now waiting for arch packaging to do it's magic as it's already flagged out of date.

@Torxed @svartkanin & @codefiles @dylanmtaylor I have just uploaded the new pydantic release to the repos, would be nice if you could test it and open a bug in case there are still issues against it 🤗
