ADFA-6712: Say a full build is starting instead of asking for a tap - #2188
When a change needs a full build, Quick Build starts it by itself, but the status bar said "Quick Build: tap again to rebuild" and Build Output said "Tap Quick Build to rebuild." A tap in that state only records the request.
Status bar: "Quick Build: starting a full build…" (pt-BR updated to match).
Build Output: "a full build is needed - . Starting it now."
QuickBuildOutputLinesTest asserted the old "Tap Quick Build" text. It now checks the new line and fails against the old one.
On the emulator, saving app/build.gradle.kts during a session went from Invalidated to Provisioning in 2 ms, and the bar showed "Quick Build: rebuilding…" directly, so in that run the bar never showed this text.
When a change needs a full build, the session reducer emits
RunProxyAppRebuild in the same transition, so the rebuild starts on its
own. The status bar still said "Quick Build: tap again to rebuild" and
Build Output said "Tap Quick Build to rebuild.", although a tap in that
state only records the request.
The status bar now reads "Quick Build: starting a full build..." (pt-BR
updated to match) and Build Output ends with "Starting it now."
QuickBuildOutputLinesTest asserted the old instruction; it now checks
the new line and fails against the old one.

Summary
When a full build is needed and no retry is pending, Build Output now says “a full build is needed - . Starting it now.”
Quick Build’s status message now says “Quick Build: starting a full build…” in English. The Portuguese (Brazil) translation was also updated.
The output test checks the new message and verifies that it does not describe invalidation as a failure. Test execution results were not provided.
Risk: The author reported that an emulator run did not display this status message. The inspected source confirms the message text, but does not establish runtime behavior.
When Quick Build requires a full build, its status now says the build is starting instead of asking for another tap. The English and Brazilian Portuguese strings and related test wording are updated.

Summary
Update full-build status message app/src/main/java/com/itsaky/androidide/quickbuild/QuickBuildOutputLines.kt, resources/src/main/res/values/strings.xml, resources/src/main/res/values-pt-rBR/strings.xml, app/src/test/java/com/itsaky/androidide/quickbuild/QuickBuildOutputLinesTest.kt, app/src/test/java/com/itsaky/androidide/quickbuild/QuickBuildStatusBarTest.kt
The full-build-needed message and its English and Brazilian Portuguese strings now report that the full build is starting. The output test expects the new wording, and the status-bar test name reflects the updated message.
Some automatic full builds may show the existing “rebuilding” message rather than the new starting message. The build still proceeds, so this is mergeable with owner awareness.

Explanation
The title names the main change: when a full build is needed and Quick Build starts it automatically, the message now says a full build is starting instead of asking the user to tap. It matches the changed status bar and Build Output text. It also names the ticket ADFA-6712, which is a reasonable reference.
Full details: Description check
Explanation
The description relates directly to the changeset. It explains that Quick Build starts a full build on its own, while the status bar and Build Output still told the user to tap. It lists the updated status bar text, the pt-BR update, the new Build Output line, and the test change. It also gives emulator evidence for the behavior.

Approving. The new text is correct: when awaitingRetry is false, a rebuild is already running (QuickBuildRunTracker.kt:86), so "tap again" was wrong.
On CodeRabbit's suggestion, I'd keep the Rebaseline line as it is. It's already accurate, and the change would print the same sentence twice when Build Output shows both steps.
Non-blocking nit: the renamed status-bar test only checks the resource ID, so it also passes against the old text.
