Stop keeps reading the log in flight, a multi-line message split across reads is kept whole, PaginateRequestsWithOptions adds Limit, Cursor and Filter to the request iterator, GetStreamedLog is deprecated in favor of NewStreamedLog, and the 0.14.0 changelog entries are shortened.
Address the re-review of the full-review fixes: a large message is no longer scanned again on every read, plus test, docs and iterator cleanups.
Hold the stream open in the split-timestamp test, derive the size of the large-message test from its line, and build both timestamp regexes from one pattern.
