Hi @lhotari , I've drafted a breaking change note for apache/pulsar#26330 in the 5.0.0-M2 release notes, covering the affected JUL APIs, migration guide, and revert instructions. Could you take a look and let me know if anything needs to be adjusted? Also, if it looks good, should we add the same note to the GitHub release page at https://github.com/apache/pulsar/releases/tag/v5.0.0-M2 as well? |

Motivation
PR #26330 bridges JUL (
java.util.logging) to Log4j2 in Pulsar 5.0.0-M2. This is a breaking change because existing JUL configurations and APIs (e.g.,-Djava.util.logging.config.file,Logger.setLevel(),Logger.addHandler()) will no longer take effect after the upgrade.The current 5.0.0-M2 release notes only list this PR under the
